Job Title: Business Development Officer

Location: Abuja

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related field.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office application

Job Competencies:

• Our ideal candidate must be highly motivated individual with experience in sales and marketing and proven success.
• Must be able to sell Real Estate  and Mortgage to clients.
• Must be able to develop and sustain solid relationships with company stakeholders customers.
• Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.
• Excellent presentation skills and good customer servic skills
• Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning
• Analyzing financial data and development effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits
• Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities
• Collaborating with company executives to determin the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursure new business opportunities
• Meeting with potential investors to present company offerings and negotiate business deals
