Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Details

  • We are looking for a result-driven retail Sales Executive to be responsible for sales of all our products. Job duties from generating leads to closing sales.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
  • Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Remain knowledgeable on products and services offered
  • Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
  • Build productive trust relationships with customers
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities)

Requirements

  • High School Degree; B.Sc degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role (4+ years)
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Proficiency in English
  • Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Track record of over-achieving sales quota
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
  • Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.

Bonus:

  • Experience in IT/consulting business models – BIG plus.
  • Experience in marketing trainings
  • Experience with growing Start-Ups.
