Job Title: SME Key Accounts Marketers
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Description:
The SME Key Account Marketers (KAD) will work with a business development team across cities in South-west Nigeria to design, articulate and activate tailored marketing and sales initiatives for our corporate solutions. SME KAD will also deliver the versatile responsibilities of a typical telecom retail advisor for our products and services. An ideal must have a goal to develop a career in Telecoms, and the ability to set, and meet goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Sign-on prepaid and post paid customers for voice, data and sms services
- Complete the documentation process for SME account acquisition
- Manage SME account through subscription cycles
- Attend to queries and complaints of customers
- Facilitate internet payments and as well receive payments through designated payment channels
- Carry out all other activities as assigned by line managers

Experience
1-2 Yrs Experience in telecom products marketing and sales
Qualification
ND, HND, BSc. in any discipline
