Job Summary
- We are in need of relationship Officers well experienced in selling VAS Apis, Collections and Debits platforms and manage the sales pipeline for the assigned portfolio.
Job Description
- Building positive relationships with customers
- Sign on merchants on SageCloud
- Sign on billers on sagecloud
- Assist with generating new business
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
- Promote high-quality sales, supply, and customer service processes
- Ensure that the billers and merchants signed uses the product
- Approach potential customers to establish relationships
- Gain solid knowledge of competitors
Requirements
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a Relationship Officer in a financial organization preferably a fintech
- Knowledge of relationship management practices
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Teamwork and leadership skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- B.Sc / BA in Business Administration or similar field
