The CVM Career Company - Our client, AirBnB Apartment in Lekki, Lagos State is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: House / Property Manager

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Manage the marketing of the apartment to grow reservations, ensuring the AirBnB platform has exceptional pictures and descriptions
• Maintain a calendar of reservations to prevent double-bookings
• Clean apartment, restock necessities and explain house rules to new guests
• Answer guest questions and meet with guests to exchange keys at the beginning of stays
• Hires individuals to perform maintenance, and must be available to handle any emergencies when guests are staying.

Requirements

• No formal education is required, but the role is open to an SSCE Holder, a Diploma holder or a degree holder
• Ability to communicate properly
• Experience working in a hotel, or for a property management company can be helpful

Salary
N50,000 / month.
