A leading courier and cargo organization with Head office in Lagos is seeking to fill the below position to complete its restructuring towards growth and expansion:
Job Title: Internal Auditor
Location: Lagos
Qualification/Experience
- Must Posses a minimum of B.Sc or HND (2nd Class Lower) in any discipline, preferably Arts or Social science from a recognized university and polytechnic
- Must be a computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power point) -
- Proven capability to work independently and must be an excellent team player
- MBA and membership of relevant professional organization will be an added advantage.
- Must be a qualified accountant of ICAN P.E. 1.
- At least 3 years experience in a standard audits firm.
Requirements
- Independent review of the achievement of company set goals.
- Identification of company functions that require close monitoring implementing appropriate audit programs for such areas.
- Ensure that systems are in place for production of accurate accounting information.
- Regular updating, documentations and advise en changes in the government tax and other regulations.
- Conduct independent appraisal of monthly financial & other operations.
- Carry Out periodic profitability assessment of stations in concert with regional heads.
