Job Details

• The Telesales Supervisor will lead the asset creation telemarketing department.
• Leading, supporting, and developing teams of telesales executives in the telesales department, ensuring day-to-day management of teams, and team leads and guiding the team members to ensure delivery of set sales targets, Identify opportunities for business development and ensure high conversion rate.

Requirements

• First Degree in a relevant discipline from a reputable academic institution. Masters Degree is an added advantage.
• MUST have a solid background/previous experience for at least 8 years preferably in a financial services sector, part of which must have been as a core telesales supervisor,
• Demonstrable evidence of leading and managing a high performing team that delivers and exceeds targets.

Salary
N6,000,000 - N8,000,000 annually.
