Job Description
- Coordinate and liaise with Manning agencies on crew recruitment, joining and sign off in respect to the company's crewing requirements for various operated Marine Assets.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and verification of crew documentations/qualification in line with operational standards and flag state certificates.
- Manage and Evaluate crew performance/productivity in line with company and dents standards as well as develop strategies for effective crew rotation.
- Manage all crew related responsibilities and rights as may be required.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must possess:
- Minimum of qualification of B.Sc/HND in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' prior experience in the marine industry with particular interest in Crewing activities
- Highly motivated and possesses strong initiative and excellent interpersonal skills, prior sea going experience an advantage but not essential.
- Understanding and familiarity with offshore support operations would be an advantage.
- The officer is expected to have good experience & skills in crew management and relationship with Manning Agencies.
Remuneration
- Minimum starting Salary for this position is NGN 3,421,516,48/pa and other related benefit.
