Job Title: Female Creative Interior Designer / Architect
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Description
- Undertake design project from concept to completion
- Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief”
- Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans
- Set costs and project fees according to budget
- Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
- Produce “sample” and “mood products”
- Supervise work progress
- Work closely with designers, decorators, architects, artisans and constructors
- Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practises
- Undertaking design project from concept to completion
- Defining project requirements and schedule during the “brief”
- Interpreting and translating customer needs into rough plans
Requirements
- BSc / MSc in Architecture / Interior Designing
- 1- 4 years experience in interior designing
- Demonstrate fluency with basic residential and small-scale commercial building materials, details and construction techniques
- Prioritize the use of sustainable design trends and materials.
- Competent in drafting (Sketch-up, Autocad, etc.)
- Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines
- High level of organization and familiarity with typical office communication tools
- Easily able to cultivate, build and nurture lasting client relationships
