Job Title: Company Manager
Location: Lagos
- Responsibilities
- The Company Manager will be responsible for driving on sales with existing and new clients.
- Manage company personnel [ transportation/sales/marketing unit]
- Ability to create and nurture new accounts.
- Consultative sales process that incorporates urgency
- Reviews and prioritizes sponsorship opportunities to further advertise their products/services.
- Drawing up and implementing advertising strategies for companies and clients.
- Works with Marketing Department and Commercial Department to ensure successful product/services launches & product promotions.
- Readily open to coaching and new ideas.
Competencies
- You’ll be analytical, enjoy working in a technology based environment and have experience in sales/marketing in the furniture/interior decoration environment.
- Has proven track record of delivering measurable results.
- Able to formulate plans and persuade others to support such plans.
- Has experience in managing large group of persons effectively.
- Excellent Microsoft word/excel/PowerPoint skills.
- Charismatic and excellent communication skills
- Successful track record of achieving sales with any product.
- Strong orientation toward teamwork, ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
Requirements
- The candidates must possess B.Sc Degree/HND/OND in any degree from a reputable institution.
- A minimum of 3 years related work experience [managing people and a team is essential].
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Others
The Company is located in Victoria Island Lagos. Residents along this axis will be considered first.
Remuneration
Applicants with a salary range between NGN60,000 – NGN80,000 as a starting salary in the trial period will first be considered.
