• Our client, a reputable Cosmetic Manufacturing Company is looking to fill the role of Production Manager (Baby Care Product).

Job Description

• Oversee all aspects of the production of baby care product business of the Company including strategic planning and execution of the growth and expansion in Nigeria
• Responsible for the achievement of operational and financial results - both top (revenue) and bottom (profitability) lines
• Develop systems, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity, cost-effectiveness and efficiency
• Manage various departments such as R&D / Product Development, Production, and Logistics as well as Sales and Marketing
• Good understanding of the industry practice in terms of product certifications, imports, and exports, tariffs, and taxes

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Business / Marketing and related disciplines
• 6-8 years of relevant working experiences within the Beauty FMCG (cosmetics and Baby care) industry
• Experience in Baby care products is a must.
• Preferably with a track record of developing new markets and building up a brand from scratch
• Strong business acumen
• Mature and proactive, hands-on personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skill.
