Michael Stevens Consulting - Our client, a multinational FMCG Company urgently requires to fill the role of a BRAND MANAGER who will support the Head of Marketing in developing, executing and evaluating annual activity plans for Company products, deliver on annual brand performance goals (awareness, equity, volume, market share,etc) amongst the target audience. The Brand Manager will also be responsible for managing marketing expenditure allocated to brands/products.

Job Description:

Prospective candidates must possess the following:
  • Minimum of a first degree in a related field, Postgraduate qualification in Marketing would be an added advantage.
  • 3-5 years work experience in a reputable company, preferably FMCG of which at least 2 must be in the Marketing function. Sales and/or Operations experience would be an added advantage.
  • Must be able to interprete data and information.
  • Prepare annual marketing/activity plans.
  • Development and execution of consumer and trade promotions and POS material.
  • Third-party supplier management.
  • Managing budgets and expenditure.
  • Understanding of research techniques.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
