Principal at an International Schools Group

An International Schools Group, due to rapid expansion, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Principal

Location: Lagos
 

Responsibilities

• Implementation of broad Board policies
• Oversee day-to-day school operations
• Achieve set academic and admistrative goals
• Foster healthy learning environment
• Ensure healthy relationship with the vairous publics, especially parents and teachers and regulartory agencies.
• Exercise a positive influence on the Schools expansion plan
• Ensure continuous training of staff for continuous improvenet.

Qualifications

• B.A or B.Sc  and M.Sc / M.A, one of which must be in Education.
• Computer literacy, at least Ms Word, Excel, LMS
• Good communication skills.

Experience:

• Not less than 10 years post teaching experience and not less than 5 years as Principal or Vice Principal or Head of School
• Age: Between 38 and 54.
