A leading Health Maintenance Organisation (HMO) and a major player in the Nigeria Health Insurance lndustry with Head Office in Lagos and offices spread across the country, due to steady growth and expansion, seeks to fill the under-listed position with competent, experienced and dedicated individuals:

Job Title: Regional Manager

Location: Abuja

Key Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for general administration
  • Develop and ensure the implementation of an effective marketing and sales plan for the region
  • Develop and implement a robust and effective marketing communications campaign for the region
  • Drive and coordinate all marketing activities of the region
  • Grow and sustain market share of the region
  • Oversee member services activities and client relationship management
  • Coordinate marketing of health plans to private and public organisations.
Requirements
  • First degree in any discipline with a minimum of 2nd class lower division.
  • A Medical Doctor with MBBS OR MBCHB degree will be an advantage.
  • Possession of an MBA or a postgraduate degree in any management field.
  • Professional qualifications in marketing or management will be an advantage.
  • Minimum of 7 years post qualification experience with 3 years in a senior management position in HMO, Insurance or Banking sector.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written English language.
  • Must be a team player, able to build and maintain effective and collaborative sales and marketing network.
  • Must be able to take responsibility and demonstrate high level of integrity in dealing with all stakeholders.
