- We are looking for a driver to operate vehicles for our company. As a driver, you must have a safe driving record, follow all state and national driving laws, rules, and regulations.
- In this position, you will follow prearranged routes to destinations or use maps and GPS to navigate routes. You will also maintain vehicle upkeep and cleanliness.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Practice safe driving habits
- Follow all state and national safety regulations and standards
- Accurately follow routes, maps, and directions
- Open vehicle doors and assist passengers
- Load Product and Baggage
- Keep the exterior of the vehicle clean and presentable
- Maintain vehicle equipment; replace oil, fill a gas tank, perform general motor vehicle maintenance as needed for safety
- Clean windows, windshields, and mirrors as needed
- Keep the interior of the vehicle clean of debris and clutter
- Collect payments, document amount, and offer receipts when necessary
- Follow schedules and rerouting in a timely
Basic Requirements and Qualifications
- License Driver
- Excellent Driving Record
- Communicate in English
- Excellent time management skills
- Organized and able to follow a schedule
- Focused on customer service
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Physically able to lift and carry the object
- Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and sit for long periods of time during daily routine
- Previous professional experience driving preferred; training may be provided
- Marketing and Computer Skills an added advantage
