Job Title: Back Office Supervisor

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Deploy digital strategies to supervise the smooth running of back-office operations towards achieving defined digital KPIs?

PC: 

• Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Advanced User

Digital: 

• CRM administration, Sales Force Automation, E-Commerce, UX/UI, Database management, Power-BI, Tableau, Tech Savviness, Graphic design

Trade: 

• Customer Insights Understanding, Customer engagement, Customer service & support, Inventory Management, Logistic operations, Promotions, Reconciliations, Brand & Marketing understanding

Business Environment: 

• Code of Conduct Knowledge, Marketing Code Knowledge, Information Systems, GDPR & Data Privacy, Procurement procedures, Vendor/External relations

Processes & Systems: 

• Salesforce, Jira/Q-branch, SFA, Google analytics, SAP

Job Requirements

• BSC / HND (Second Lower Credit & Upper Credit minimum)
• 2 - 4 years work experience.
• 33 years Maximum.

• N500,000 Gross and other benefits
