Job Title: Head, Sales and Renewable

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

  • Responsible for the implementation of corporate parts/ sales policies and achievement of strategic objectives of sales department
  • Visiting customers new or old within area of coverage regularly and thus ensure conformity with standing call, purchase, delivery and/or meeting agreements between respective customers and our company Jocaro.
  • Ensure Jocaro gets high level of market share in power generation, transformer, lighting tower, heavy equipment sales, parts and services within respective area of coverage.
  • Liaise with end users of power generation systems, caterpillar parts, perkins, etc and assist to identify specific and prospective items requirements and convert to effective sales.
  • Monitor customer orders and ensure prompt delivery of both items/services involved and their corresponding invoices.
  • Prospect for sales opportunities from all business sectors within area of coverage, follow through on all enquiries, and generate desired sales result.
  • Follow up preparations and present quotations or tenders on parts, units sales or services requirements to customers. Defend or arrange adequate follow up actions for effective sales results.
  • Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer complaints to retain and foster goodwill and confidence in the product, services and the dealership at all times.
  • Prepare and update customer purchase orders register as soon as you receive the order and follow up until invoice is submitted.
  • Serve as communication link between customers and Jocaro, and thus maintain good corporate image and reputation.
  • Gather and report competitive activities and sales opportunities as the need arises from all branches.

Education

  • Degree in Engineering / Phycical Science with at least 10 years experience in Sales and Business Development in oil and gas sector. He/Shen have technical background.
  • Proffieiency in CAT SIS will be an added advantage
  • Note: The Person must be resident in Port Harcourt.
