Job Title: Siebel Application Support
Location: Lagos
Job Description:
- L2 / L3 Support within the ITIL framework
- Platform Health-check on the Siebel production environment
- Proactive - Application and System Monitoring
- Deploy Siebel release onto production environment
- Trouble-shoot application related problems on Production
- Incident Analysis and Resolution for all production Incident Cases
- Root Cause Analysis of Incidents.
- Coordinate and monitor Data Loads in production
- Report performance to Service/Program Management
- In-life issues / resolution and co-ordination
- Housekeeping and Log Archival
- Responding to Request, Adhoc Queries etc via ITIL framework Service Requests
- Implement certain minor configuration changes subject to approval of the Siebel Change requests Board, which does not have an impact e2e or major change in functionality
- Test the resolution for production issues on a pre-production representative environment
- Implementing new automation jobs using Unix shell scripting
- Strong Siebel CRM functional knowledge.
