Locations: Omole and Ikeja - Lagos

Responsibilities
- Bake and Decorate cakes, cookies and cupcakes using various icing and decorating techniques
- Inspect and ensure proper colour combination for all baked items.
- Follow recipes and processes & ensure consistency in quality of finished products
- Ensure proper storage of all inputs in refrigerators and freezers.
- Maintain high hygiene standards
- Adhere to safety standards
- Follow production plans
- Minimize wastage as appropriate
- Assist to achieve departmental budgeted sales and profit targets.
