Job Title: Field Sales Specialist

Location: Lagos

About The Job
Field Sales Specialist would be responsible for the following:

• Canvassing an specific perimeter on the island as assigned by your supervisor to onboard new clients for Renda Limited.
• Report to your supervisor daily.
• Assist with the onboarding of recruited clients.
• Assist with the development of strategies to source for clients
• Identify, build relationship with and manage clients expectations
• Provide timely, relevant and actionable reporting on market status regarding delivery and clients needs

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales preferred
• Lagos Island based applicants preferred.

Daily Target:

• 250 Deliveries (Be assisted with social media and email formats - achieve the target by onboarding business that offer at least 20 deliveries a day which means 13 businesses).

Payment Package

• N50,000 monthly net
• HMO
• 10% commission on the company's profit per delivery completed to be paid at the end of the month with salaries once at least 60% of stated target is achieved.
