Job Description

  • Ability to Manage the flow of all maintenance work orders by working with Data Center Operations teams, vendors and be responsible for the planning and scheduling of technicians and parts needed to perform maintenance activities.
  • Ability to Collaborate with facility management in the development and maintenance of schedules and resource leveling by utilizing the site CMMS program.
  • Establish and maintain CMMS equipment files, parts inventory, equipment bill of materials and schedules.
  • Manage the process of launching a CMMS solution at the site level used in the daily operation of our data centers.
  • Ability to take charge and ensure that routine maintenance metrics are adhered in line with best-in-class performance practices like schedule compliance, percentage interrupts and PPM execution.
  • Ability to plan and monitor turn around work process to ensure successful completion of Data Center Plant turn around within schedule, within budget and with zero incidents.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in a technical field or equivalent practical experience with a minimum of 8 years working experience in maintenance planning and management experience for a Data Center company
  • Experience in a Data Center Company is Required
  • Technical Qualification is an added advantage.
