Job Title: Service In-Charge
Location: Ojota, Lagos
Job Summary
- We need an individual who is going to ensure that products produced during shifts meet required standards and quality.
Responsibilities
- Overall service drive
- Manage Customers Local & Upcountry
- Manage Team Local & Upcountry
- Drive the team to achieve targets
- Support technically in case of problem-solving
- TAT (Turn Around Time) should be 90% <48 hours
- Manpower Planning
- Control on expenses
- Revenue drive.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Qualification
- Minimum educational standard: B. Sc / HND / OND in Electrical Electronics or relevant discipline
- Minimum of 9 to10 Years’ related experience in Consumer Electrical & electronics
- Technical Know-How of Product
- Should be ready to make quick calls and quick visits as an emergency arises and needs be
- Previous experience in the following organizations: SIMS, FMCL, HPZ and Fouani will be an added advantage.
