Job Title: Receptionist / Administrative Officer
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Overview
- Ideal candidate will manage company inventory, meetings, logistics and filing station, drafting of internal memos, handle internal operations and welcome guest.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Degree / HND qualification preferably in secretarial studies, HR, Administration or management
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Ability to perform administrative task as needed, including proofreading, transcription and creating invoices.
- Proficient in computer typing skills
- Good command of written and oral English
- Ability to keep record accurately both manual and system base
- Conversant with reception/front desk duties
- Broad experience in secretarial post within the legal environment will be an added advantage.
Salary
NGN 100,000 - 120,000 Monthly.
