Job Title: Receptionist / Administrative Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Overview

  • Ideal candidate will manage company inventory, meetings, logistics and filing station, drafting of internal memos, handle internal operations and welcome guest.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Degree / HND qualification preferably in secretarial studies, HR, Administration or management
  • Minimum 3 years experience
  • Ability to perform administrative task as needed, including proofreading, transcription and creating invoices.
  • Proficient in computer typing skills
  • Good command of written and oral English
  • Ability to keep record accurately both manual and system base
  • Conversant with reception/front desk duties
  • Broad experience in secretarial post within the legal environment will be an added advantage.

Salary
NGN 100,000 - 120,000 Monthly.
