We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Assistant Head Cook

Location: Ode-Remo, Ogun

Responsibilities

• Assist the head cooks in preparation of meals
• Assist in market purchase for restocking of the kitchen
• Assist in maintaining accurate food inventories
• Restock kitchen for subsequent meal preparation
• He/she must be able to prapare both continental and local delicacies
• Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc)
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to prepare meals

Requirements

• He/She should possess OND in Food Science and Technology or relevant qualifications in catering and hotel management with practical experience
• 3 years work experience
• Strong knowledge of proper food handling procedures
• Able to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen atmosphere
• Ability to stand in for the Head Cook in officer's absence
• Basic knowledge on the use of computer packages (MS Word, MS Excel, e.t.c)

Salary
N50,000 - N60,000 month.
