W-Holistic Business Solutions - Our client, a technical services firm seeks to recruit a qualified individual to fill the position of Technical Sales Officer (Conveyor Belt).
Job Title: Technical Sales Officer
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Experienced in B2B sale of high value capital equipment.
- Solution selling approach and orientation.
- Ability to identify potential segments and undertake prospecting and introduce company and products.
- Should maintain relationship with existing customers and at the same time proactively generate new enquiries to keep the sales funnel flowing.
- Should be used to making cold calls/prospecting and resourceful in getting the right contacts in the Target organisation.
- Should be able to provide preliminary technical support in case of breakdowns in his area and co-ordinate with respective departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work unsupervised, well organized, maintains all data, communication, customer files etc.
- Should be able to multi task between key expectations like-Handling and closing existing enquiries, generating new enquiries, ensure/co-ordinate smooth delivery etc.
Qualifications
- We need essentially candidates with Engineering background (B.Eng/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering) and related fields.
- The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in TECHNICAL selling with knowledge of belt conveyor systems.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
