Job Description
- Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
- Greet customers and present menus
- Provide excellent customer service and strive toward customer satisfaction
- Make suggestions based on customer preferences and up-sell specials
- Take and serve food/drinks orders
- Arrange table settings
- Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
- Check products for quality
- Deliver checks and collect payments
- Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
- Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND, NCE, OND qualification with 2 - 8 years work experience.
Salary
N50,000 - N70,000 / month.
