West Africa Vocational Education (WAVE) - Our client, a reputable Catering and Event Services is looking to hire an experienced candidate to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head Chef

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Can also double as a kitchen supervisor (so all the kitchen supervisor duties can equally apply)
• Menu planning and creation
• Quality control
• Improve on current menu and continuously develop captivating dishes
• Weekly trainings of staff on meals in the offerings
• Continually update recipe cards
• Create weekly menu plans

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years work experience.

Working Hours:

• 5 working days, 6am-5pm
• Opening days, Mondays-Sundays. Two off days

Benefits

• Salary: N100,000 - N130,000 / Month.
• Accomodation would be provided
