Job Title: Sales Manager (Auto Spare Parts)
Location: Lagos
Job Description:
- Proactively inspects sales activity and effort among sales associates managed, ensuring that the quality and quantity of sales effort meets company expectations.
- Works with market management to ensure market-level strategic and business objectives are met.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer requirements and satisfaction by engaging key customer accounts in conjunction. Meets assigned team quotas for sales, profits, and strategic
- Implement the company's sales process to establish a culture of consultative selling to customer's decision-makers at all levels.
- Pursue identified business prospects, participating actively in the planning and sales process for new business opportunities.
- Create and implement effective direct sales strategies and lead direct sales personnel toward achievement of corporate sales objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with executive decision makers in large accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts. Manage to meet/exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- Partner with the BMD in the development of key customer relationship management.
- Establish effective relationships and collaborations with other departments (Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, etc.) to address key business issues and opportunities.
