Job Description
The successful candidate for the position of ICT Teacher must meet the following criteria:
1.) Must be an innovative and effective classroom practitioner
2.) Must have proven ability to plan curriculum and develop schemes of work
3.) Teaching across age ability
4.) Ability to function proactively as a member of a team
5.) Ability to develop and maintain a website
6.) Creative application of ICT and common computing in learning
7.) Ability to monitor, review, analyze, use data and make strategic decisions to improve learning.
Qualifications and Training
1.) Graduate specialist in ICT with qualified teacher's status
2.) Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
3.) Awareness and understanding of key national and international issues in teaching ICT.
Skills and Attributes:
1.) Ability to promote and share good practice in the classroom
2.) Effective written and oral skills
3.) Commitment to high standards and high expectations.
- Applicants residing around Ikorodu axis will be highly desirable because of proximity to the school.
