Job Responsibilities
- Receiving and making a high volume of calls from or to customers.
- Striving to achieve first call resolution and maintaining the quality of service provided by Oludidit.
- Using social media to communicate with customers as appropriate.
- Using listening skills to understand the needs and complaints of the customer before offering them the best possible solution.
- Expanding the customer base by prospecting, upselling and cross-selling.
- Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
- Responding efficiently to customers and creating a positive experience.
- Remaining calm and professional while dealing with dissatisfied customers and providing them with the best solutions to resolve their issues.
- Working seamlessly with a team of existing Customer Satisfaction Representatives and building a positive relationship of teamwork, trust, and excellence.
- Understanding and using the required software, reports, tools, and metrics.
- Transferring and escalating the calls to the appropriate department if needed, such as design and sales.
- Participating in training and striving to increase and improve existing skills.
- Constant drive for innovation and service improvement.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Requirement
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1-5 years work experience.
