We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Client Service Manager

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Act as a single point of contact on behalf for allocated clients and follow up on client requests.
  • Daily feedback/periodic reports to cover the update on maintenance/installations/uploads and activities done while performing the above mentioned duties as required.
  • Supervision and preparation of monthly work schedule and roasters for all staff dealing with client account.
  • Manage all violations/escalations/issues reported by staff on occurrence basis
  • Ensuring and maintaining KPIs.
  • Ensuring all the external and internal reports are generated correctly and timely.
  • Be available to respond timely to emails and phone calls with clients/management on pending/unresolved issues.
  • Train team members on modern day customer service best practice.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 8 years work experience.
  • Must be fluent in spoken English
  • Experiencein developing customer service frame work.
  • Must be able to put up good presentation
  • Strong ethical practice
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections.
  • Knowledge in finanacial services, real estate.
  • Must be familiar with the use of CRM.
  • Must resideon the Mainland
  • Previous working experience as customer service Headin related firm will be an added advantage.
  • Age 30-35 years preferably.
  • Should be a female for gender balance.
  • Candidate must be willing to resume within a week.
