Job Description
- Our client, a packaged water production company located in Lagos is in need of a Production Manager to manage the operations and day-to-day activitiesof the business.
Resposibilities
- Responsible for production goals.
- Responsible for product quality control.
- Direct and coordinateoperations within company policy and guidelines.
- Work with department managers to ensure coordination of purchasing, production and shipping.
- Select and train plant staff.
- Foster a well-trained and motivated staff through excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Conduct employee performance reviews.
- Schedule and conduct plant meetings.
- Ensure maintenance of the clean and safe plant.
- Communicate with all levels of personnel with strong interpersonal skills.
- Attend corporate training and meetings.
Salary
N40,000 - N50,000 monthly
