PRIMERO Transport Services Limited was launched on the 12th of November, 2015 by His Excellency Mr. Akinwumi ‘Dapo Ambode, the executive Governor of Lagos State at Majidun depot. It’s full operation commenced on 13th November, 2015. Operation commenced on our approved routes with 434 Youtong high capacity buses.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Fleet Manager

Location: Lagos

Duties

• Assist with recruitment of drivers into fleet
• Develop efficient schedules to maximize profits
• Managing drivers so they adhere to strict schedules
• Developing strategies for greater fuel efficiency
• Registering and licensing vehicles  under their management
• Maintaining detailed records of vehicles servicing and inspections
• Scheduling regular maintenance to ensure operational efficiency
• Ensuring strict servicing and maintenance to ensure operational efficiency
• Ensuring strict servicing and maintenance times to maximize downtime and maintain schedules.
• Monitoring driver behaviour and ensuring a high level of customer service
• Analysing data to increase business operational efficiency
• Using Intelligence Transport System (ITS) to monitor drivers and track vehicles and driver compliance.
