A Leading Nigeria Oil and Gas Company located in Lagos is recruiting to fill the vacant position of:
Job Title: Director of HR and Admin Affairs
Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Role description:
Oversees the effective provision of HR and Admin services
Knowledge, skills, experience and qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in HR, Business or Public Administration, masters degrees is a plus (preferably an MBA)
- Broad understanding of all areas of HR, with specialist knowledge in 1 or 2 key areas (such as performance management, compensation & benefits development, etc.)
- Strong track record of past performance in positions of leadership with ability to motivate ad generate respect and trust from staff and external stakeholders.
- Minimum 10 years experience in HR, 3 of which as Director of HR and Admin Affairs or equivalent in a reputable organization
- Previous experience in Nigeria
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, written and oral presentation skills
- Computer literate (e.g. Microsoft office. etc.)
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
