Job Description
- Develops, manages and facilitates the organization's learning and development function to achieve strategically-aligned business unit and department results.
- Measures performance to gauge success of programs and drive continuous improvement in organizational development and learning.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Social sciences, Humanities & Organisational Development. Advanced degrees and professional qualifications are optional but may accord advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years experience with progressive responsibilities 5 of which should be in the management of Human Resources functions and organisational development/ training.
- Excellent relationship management, communication and interpersonal relations.
