Job Title: Real Estate Manager
Location: Nigeria
Job Description
- The Real estate Manager will oversee the daily activities and financial aspects of all the Company's premises.
- An ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment, will have a working knowledge of the territory, and will demonstrate strong character and ethical values.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Real Estate Management, Urban and Regional planning. Advanced degrees and professional qualifications are optional but may accord advantage
- Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience, at least 3 of which should be at a similar role
- A thorough knowledge of real estate development strategy, lease negotiations and execution
- Able to set priorities in the face of multiple projects
- Strong Excel skills, preferred experience with Excel basic formulas
- Ability to read construction documents - Preferred not required
- Have hands on experience, especially in the area of renovations
- Must be familiar with real estate management in Abuja.
