We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Farm Operations Manager

Location: Osogbo, Osun

Job Description

• Participate in the planning, preparation, and execution of the company’s farm operation structure.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the company’s various farms, farm equipments and facilities.
• Direct major operations at your facility, such as planting and harvesting schedules, cultivation practices
• Participate in training and supervising student employees working on farm and performing other farm duties.
• Help the company to plan quality, production and price control, budgets and other long-term strategies.

Qualification

• Must possess a minimum of B.Sc in Agronomy or any agricultural sciences related course.
• Minimum of 3 years working experience.
