Job Title: Office Assistant

Location:
Lagos

Responsibilities:
  • The ideal candidate will serve as an assistant to the HR office
  • Maintain office schedule by picking up and delivering items using automobile
  • Serves clients by backing-up receptionist,answering questions, forwarding messages, confirming customers orders,keeping customers informed of order status
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
  • Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Providing administrative support to the HR team, including word processing, distribution of information, answering telephones,minute taking at meetings.
Minimum Requirements
  • Office experience
  • Must be a graduate (Degree/HND)
Telephone Skills
  • Good verbal and written skills
  • 0-3 years experience
