A reputable Fast Growing Category "A" Private Security Company with headquarters in Victoria Island, Lagos is recruiting experienced and suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head, Technical Operations / Training Department

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Content / Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security policies, procedures and protocols necessary to protect the organization
• Direct the activities of security personnel to ensure protection of physical assets, properties and Create and implement supervisory template for deployed man guard cloisters
• Assign duties to security personnel and ensure distribution of workload.
• Design and educate security personnel on emergency and response action
• Schedule shift patrol to ensure that all locations are adequately guarded at all times.
• Develop and implement a training protocol for short, medium and long term needs of the personnel of the organization
• Set minimum key performance Indicator (KPI) for all security personnel and ensure compliance
• Formulate, Develop and implement involving trends in the management of security operations
• Assess incidences of performance failures in deployed locations and formulate strategies that will stop or halt the likelihood of future occurence
• Plan, manage and coordinate security operations during special and high-risk events.
• Recruit, train and supervise security officers / man guards
• Develop training manuals that are target driven
• Assess training needs and facilitate a variety of training programs to enhance the effectiveness of the work force.
• Maintain proper coordination with all other relevant departments to achieve the objectives of the organization
• This position reports directly to the CEO.

Qualifications and Experience

• Interested candidates must possess a minimum of Second Class Bachelor's Degree or Upper Credit HND in any discipline
• Must have 7 years congnate experience in the private security industry.
• A master's degree is an added advantage
• A retired officer in the armed forces or paramilitary with the above qualifications (also has workd in private security) will be an added advantage.
