Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Specification

  • Ability to drive business performance goals weekly and provide reports.
  • Ability to ensure all operations are carried on in a timely, appropriate and cost-effective way.
  • Ability to liaise with relevant departments in ensuring that all logistics, materials and other requirements are available.
  • Ensure smooth operation of all equipment for smooth running of the operational activities.
  • Ability to monitor service standards and ensure strict adherence to quality control standards.
  • Ability to Identify areas of improvement create and improve operational management systems and procedures, record-keeping systems and best practices to meet the company goals.
  • Ability to maintain safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources.
  • Assign responsibilities to laundry machine operators and supervise them to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Prepare agreed periodic activity and performance reports for the attention of the superior Manager.
  • Ability to lead and train all staff in the business operations and customer service excellence.

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration or a related field of study with a minimum of 3 years’ post qualification experience.
  • Experience in laundry operations is an added advantage.
  • Candidate should reside on around Lekki -Ajah axis.
