Job Title: Land Surveyor
Location: Wuye, Abuja (FCT)

Job Description
- We are looking for a qualified Land Surveyor to be responsible for preparing sites for construction and providing data on measurements to establish property boundaries.
- Should be familiar with measurements of land, and perform mathematical calculations.
- Must have great analytical and mathematical skills, possess a keen eye for detail, and have great communication skills.
- Ultimately, the Land Surveyor should have extensive experience in performing complex measurements, analyzing data, and recording results accurately.
Other Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys on land sites and properties
- Examine previous records and evidence to ensure data accuracy
- Research and design methods for survey processes
- Use equipment and tools to accurately measure land features (e.g. longitudes, latitudes)
- Build maps, sketches, and charts
- Supervise and provide guidance to field staff
- Purchase and maintain equipment
- Report on survey results and present findings to clients
- Collaborate with engineers and architects on several projects.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc in Land Survey, Geomatics or similar courses.
- Experience: 2 - 5 years
- Experience as a Land surveyor
- Working knowledge of GPS and GIS equipments
- Tech-savvy, including familiarity with CAD software
- Aptitude in math and problem-solving
- Attention to detail
- Great organizational and leadership skills
- Related and Valid certificate is required.
