We are recruiting very experienced, self-managed, professionals of high integrity to fill the position below:

Job Title: Consulting Executive, HR & Organization Development Consulting

Location: Lagos

Requirements

• Candidates should understand the importance of working in a performance-driven environment, where there are strong connections between, budget, sales revenue, salaries & good commission structure.

Qualifications

• HND / B.Sc / M.Sc in relevant disciplines
• Appropriate professional qualification will be an added advantage.

Experience:

• Upwards of 5 years experience
• Must have worked in a consulting or HR environment
• Extensive Business Development skills
• Proposal preparation/presentation skill
• HR projects management experience (recruitment, organization review, staff audit, salary survey etc).
