Job Title: BO Aviate MW Domain Engineer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• TX optimization
  • TX Congestion Reports
  • MW KPI Improvement
  • Configuration Audit and Optimization
  • Redundancy Audit
• Train local BO Engineers to improve Transmission troubleshooting, Optimization and Reporting Skills
• Provide quality support to MTN TX Planning to reduce planning related issues, improve network quality and customer perception
• Provide quality support to Project team on swap projects, network upgrade and others.
• Engage in daily optimization escalations from NPM/Customer and provide updates, direction and resolution
• Provision of on demand reports to senior management, such as governance slides, network audits etc.
• FO NOC support such as alarm reporting/monitoring templates and other supports on-demand.
• Configuration of Audits on IP Nodes.

The maintenance objects are about 5000 Aviat MW device.

Qualifications / Experience

• HND / B.Sc in Computer Science / Electrical / Electronic Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 2 Years post NYSC.
