VAVA Projects - A Furniture and Real Estate company is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resource Officer

Location: VI, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Contact and schedule candidates for interviews
• Onboarding of new employees’
• Document letter of offer to candidates
• Manage employees’ welfare and other related issues
• Liaise with training houses/initiating appropriate courses
• Manage payroll administration
• Verify staff academic, employment, NYSC and character references
• Ensure proper office documentation of files and maintenance of employees’ records
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• First Degree from a reputable university in Nigeria
• Professional certification in HR is an added advantage
• Must be passionate about HR and prove readiness to learn
• 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Must reside in Ajah, Lekki axis
