Job Title: Field Sales Representative

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We seek a team of Field Sales Representatives to represent us within the Lagos Environs.
  • The role of people working in this position will be to acquire and onboard agents for the retail arm of the business, with a defined terrain.
  • Candidates will work prospects through the entire sales cycle, including developing new leads, educating prospects, and turning interested shoppers into long-term customers.
  • Bring in new accounts/convert already existing accounts
  • Comb and own his/her sales territory.

Responsibilities

  • Closing new deals at a high rate - meeting monthly profit targets;
  • Convert prospective customers into business providing clientele.
  • Independently winning new leads using different customer acquisition techniques
  • Efficiently Maintain, Manage, Monitor and expand Agents database within your assigned territory.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers;
  • Regularly visiting customers and potential leads/Agents;
  • Representing the brand during all customer and prospect interactions;
  • Educating customers on how the company works to build brand awareness and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 0 - 1 year work experience.
  • Prior field sales representative experience is an added advantage;
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success;
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and Shop Agents
  • Exceptional selling, closing, persuasion and presentation skills.
