• We are looking for an enthusiastic Virtual Sale Representative who is excited to join our fast-growing team. The candidate must be ready to add value to our team. Must be an energetic, organized and passionate person. Strong communication, leading with an empathetic, consultative approach that is strategic and not afraid of competition when selling.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining client records
• Understanding and promoting company programs
• Meeting sales goal
• To make inbound and outbound calls
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports
• Develop sales strategies and determine sales forecast
• Liaise with vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company presence.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
• Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally
• Perform online sales activities

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Sales
• Good command in Microsoft application including word, excel and outlook.
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
• Interpersonal skills
• Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
