Teknokleen Limited - In August 1990, Teknokleen Limited was incorporated to conduct the business of hygiene services and consultancy. Through strategic management and planning, it has become a Group with subsidiaries involved in the business of integrated facility management services, sales and distribution of cleaning equipments, products and accessories, catering equipment, FF&E items for the hospitality industry, paper products as well as toilet fittings refurbishment services.

Currently, Teknokleen is 100% owned by Nigerians. The Group has foreign affiliations via exclusive representations and franchise ownership. The Company is a member of CPAN (Cleaning Practitioners Association of Nigeria), ISSA (International Sanitary Supplies Association), BICS (British Institute of Cleaning Science) as well as IFMA (International Facility Management Association).

Job Description

• Ensure quality execution of every assigned job that guarantee customer satisfaction
• Ensure the establishment of SOP for each site
• Engage in secondary, onsite and referral marketing activities to increase business
• Design a customized Work schedule and Checklist for each Location managed
• Monitor strict adherence to SOP and standards of cleanliness and other services
• Coordinate all operations activities effectively to meet customer /company expectations
• Establish and maintain excellent customer relationship management by regular visits to sites
• Spring / Deep Cleaning schedule and periodic specialty cleaning
• Assist in conjunction with HR and Training in organizing on the job training
• Deal effectively with issues related to conflict resolution and discipline
• Determine staff requirements and ensure they are adequately provided for
• Encourage and maintain cordial intra staff relationships
• Motivational leadership of team
• Operational assets management
• Quality assurance roles.
• People management

Requirements

• HND, B.Sc in Business Management or related course
• 0 - 2 years work experience
