Job Responsibilities
As a talent resourcing intern, you will focus on:

• Sourcing candidates from graduate level to senior executives and identify appropriate candidates to satisfy job requirements and building out talent pools.
• Assisting with the recruitment process and facilitating interviews.
• Develop and manage talent pools of top candidates.

Requirements

• HND or BSc in Industrial Relations, Business Administration or related field.
• MS Office & LinkedIn Proficiency.
• Strong Organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn fast.
• CIPM is an added advantage.
• Preferably a Corp member serving in Lagos mainland.
