We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Home Manager

Location: Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Planning, organizing and coordinating events, managing household calendars and schedules.
  • Arranging appointments, scheduling and supervising home maintenance projects.
  • Paying household bills and completing any other requested administrative tasks.
  • Supervising and training household staff.
  • Overseeing the work of other staffs.
  • Overseeing procurement of household goods.
  • Looking after guests.
  • Monitor business performance and quality of care.
  • Ensure instructions from the management is carried out.
  • Manage all the domestic staffs and domestic affairs of the GMD.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification.
  • Must have worked in the care sector, you must be caring.
  • Havelarge amounts of patience and resilience, be reliable, be trustworthy;
  • Have good communication skills and be ready to listen.
  • Compassionate, with the ability to put others before themselves.
  • Respectful to fellow colleagues and those they are caring for.
  • Experience in similar role is an added advantage.
