Human Resource Associates (HRA) - Our client is registered Oil and Gas service firm located in Rivers state of Nigeria with service offerings in Offshore Waste Management, Vessel/Tank Cleaning, Construction Services, amongst others.

Job Title: Estate Manager

Location:

Department/Division/ Unit: Estate Managements
Reports To: MD/CEO .

Main Purpose of the Job
  • To effectively and professionally manage the estate and its staff while providing
  • A safe, secure and well maintained environment to residents as befits management
Job Duties/ Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:
  • At all times to present a friendly, helpful and maintain an approachable image, to promote good communications between all parties.
  • The candidate will be in charge managing the estate facilities and any project been carried out within the premises.
  • To ensure the communal areas of the building, the garden and grounds, are cleaned and maintained including where necessary removing litter and leaves from the main entrance, its immediate surrounding area and pedestrian access to it.
  • Offer exceptional services to estate residents; build relationships with residents, the public and others to deliver innovatively and appropriately on work requirements.
  • Working with financial officers to ensure up to date accounts
  • Enhance security measures
  • Provide maintenance of the estate (environment, cleanliness, security, handling incidents and providing corrective actions in the estate in line with best practices.
  • Proactive planning and management
Qualification
  • The candidate must be male and between the ages of 23-29
  • BSc or HND. 3-5 years experience in estate valuation, property management, agency and rating jobs.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and must be ready to travel at short notice. Ability to speak the three major languages (Ibo, Hausa and Yoruba) is an added advantage.
Skills and Abilities
  • Enthusiastic, flexible and positive attitude towards the public, Self-motivated, Detail-orientation, you must be able to understand the needs of residents as well as the need for organization and sustainability.
  • Candidates must demonstrate leadership qualities, interpersonal skills and ability to cope in a challenging dynamic environment.
  • You must have a deep understanding of the dynamics in managing an estate as well as the immediate and long term issues
